Shawn Caldwell
Shawn graduated from Bible College with a B.A. in Education. He has been providing construction services for the past 15 years, from conceptual estimating to value added engineering and design- build services for many projects and clients. Some of his clients include: Advanced Bionics, St. Jude Medical Center, MANNKIND Facilities, and Mann Biomedical Park Corporation (all of which required attention to critical components, such as clean rooms, and laboratory testing space) HRL Laboratories, William Morris Chevrolet, Easton Sports Corporation, Encino Towne Center, Biola University, In His Presence Church, among others.
Dario Pascarelli
Dario graduated from Cal Poly- San Luis Obispo earning his B.S. in Construction Engineering/Management and graduating Cum Laude. Dario's experience includes working for DPR Construction, Inc. a multi billion dollar company and EPI General Contractors specializing in tilt-up construction. His experience includes projects ranging from $100 million to $100,000. Dario has been involved with and contributed to the award winning project of Kaiser Permanente Otay Mesa Outpatient Medical Center, in San Diego, CA; record- time breaking Rolling Oaks Office Building in Thousand Oaks, CA; and the mechanically and electrically complicated Capstone Turbine in Van Nuys, CA. He also participated in the construction of Parkway Hummer Dealership (the first of its kind in California), Altrio Communications, Alliance Pharmaceuticals, Avery- Dennison Research Labs, and Advanced Tissue Sciences- all of which included clean rooms and/or laboratory testing space. Dario has continued his education to gain a certificate in Design, and is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).
